By Car

From the North, take the A14 South from from Huntingdon to the St Ives junction.

From the South, take the  A14 North from Cambridge to the St Ives junction. Follow London Road towards St Ives. There are three possible parking options.

  • The Dolphin Hotel car park: Includes ~500m walk. At the first roundabout on London Road turn left onto Hemmingford Road, then turn almost immediately right onto London road. Drive across the long causeway. The Dolphin Hotel car park is to your right just before the old bridge. There is a reasonable car park charge. From there walk across the old bridge onto Bridge Street. Continue until the T junction and turn left onto Crown Street. Continue down Crown street, which turns into The Broadway. The Norris Museum is almost at the end of The Broadway on your left. Look for the banners outside.
  • The Guided Busway Park and Ride car park. Includes ~500m walk. At the first roundabout on London road, go straight across to continue on Harrison Way, across the river. At the next roundabout turn right and follow the signs to the P&R for the guided busway. There is a small parking charge. Then walk from the guided busway car park into town. Continue down Station Road, stay on the right as you continue past the market place till you meet the Junction with Bridge Street. Continue down Crown street, which turns into The Broadway. The Norris Museum is almost at the end of The Broadway on your left. Look for the banners outside.
  • Globe/East Street car park: includes 100 m walk.  At the first roundabout on London road, go straight across to continue on Harrison Way, across the river. At the next roundabout turn left into Meadow Lane, continue until forced to turn left onto Cromwell Place. Turn right into Oliver Road. Turn right and then immediately left to enter East Street. Continue along East Street till it changes to West Street for the entrance to the Globe car park. There is a reasonable charge. Walk to  West Street exit of car park, diagonally opposite on the right is a small passage, St Georges Yard. Walk through the alley to The Broadway. The Norris Museum is diagonally to your right across the road. Look for the banners outside.

By Bus

Take either the A or B Guided Bus service from Cambridge or Huntingdon. Alight at the East Street stop in St Ives. Walk towards the West Street. Not far beyond the exit of the car park, on the left is a small passage, St Georges Yard. Walk through the alley to The Broadway. The Norris Museum is diagonally to your right across the road. Look for the banners outside.

Disability Access

You can be dropped off on The Broadway, directly at the Norris Museum entrance. The museum is fully accessible!
